Productive trial

The handicraft productive cycle of the Sweetail shock absorbers, that is countersigned by the constant attention for it particularities , takes start with the production of the rubber  "cups",  components that guarantee some of the more appreciated characteristics: resistance and silence.

After an accurate cleaning of the stamp, using a special electronic controlled machine,  the "cups" are stamped in small lotteries and singly subsequently submitted to the first test of resistance with the use of a specific press. The "cups" that don't overcome this test, are discarded.

Contemporarily to the production of the "cups" in rubber, the parts in steel  AISI 316E are also made that will guarantee the maximum resistance and duration in the time. U designed bars, small flats, crossroads and dice (every with longer edging to guarantee a great resistance to the tear) are totally realized by hand, custom for the single produced model.

When all the components are available,  begins then  the phase of the assemblage: every shock absorbers is singly assembled with meticulous care paying the maximum attention to all particulars. Once assembled, every shock absorbers is tested with the use of a press that produces a load of the 90% superior in comparison to that for which will be guaranteed. Only after having overcome this finally  test, the shock absorber Sweetail is introduced on the market  for going to also satisfy the applications some most demanding lovers of the sea.
